Being Sharon's oldest cousin (Bob Harris) all my memories of Sharon are from younger days. Once we were camping at La Honda (California) and Sharon wanted to play music at the center but was afraid to go by herself. I went with her and she played the song over and over. The song was "Peace of my Heart" by Janice Joplin. To this day when I hear that song I think of Sharon. She will always have a piece of my heart. Love You cousin. Rest in peace.
Man, I can't choose just 1 memory of her. Sharon was at times my best friend. She watched my daughter for me so I could work, and so my husband and I could have nights out. She taught me my way around Florida. And she blessed me repeatedly with her company. I've been listening to a song by Luke Bryan that has been helping me mourn the loss of my dear friend... can't believe you're really gone, so, I'm going to sit right here on the edge of this pier and watch the sunset disappear. Funny how the good ones go too soon, but the good Lord knows the reasons why I guess. Sometimes a greater plan is kinda hard to understand. Right now it don't make sense. I can't make it all make sense. So long, my Friend. Until we meet again. I'll remember you and all the times we had. I love you sharon and I miss you greatly.
