We ordered this bouquet. Imagine our surprise when it showed up with droopy roses and carnations, with no greenery and in a subpar vase. I called the sympathy store team on Thursday night and was told a member of management would call me back. I am still waiting for that phone call. I ended up calling the local florist who delivered it and they did redo it to my satisfaction.

The flowers for Jake Buchan were beautiful, Rose Romanesque But I donot remember seeing any ivy tendrils trailing down like in the picture. The Ivy to me really added something special. That dissapointed me. I was not made aware that the Ivy was extra. That vase in the picture was different also. For 122.50 I think it should look like the picture. I will know better next time, to ask about the real result.

You guys knocked it out of the park! Thank you so much. My best friends widow was extremely impressed with the fullness and beauty of the arrangement. Plus, I loved the fact of the same day delivery and I even called you a little while after I ordered to change the delivery from the Funeral Home to the the Residence! All with no extra charge, the lady on the phone was an absolute delight to work with!

I received multiple Thank Yous from the Groat family. They loved the beautiful red roses and the arrangement. They took the arrangement home with them after the ceremony. Thank you for your assistance. We live in Dallas and were unable to be present. We felt represented by the gorgeous flower arrangement.
