After his move to Ontario, Canada, he pursued additional education in electronics and began working in the organ industry. He eventually founded the Neutel pipe Organ Company in Ontario. While the bulk of his work was centered in Ontario, Neutel pipe organs could be found as far west as Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta.
In 1977 Albert was approached and asked if he would consider coming to work for the Reuter Organ Company. After a visit to Kansas, Albert wrapped up operations in Ontario while the family waited for visa approval. In the fall of 1979, with approval in hand Albert began work at Reuter. Not long after he began employment with Reuter the opportunity for Albert and a fellow employee to partner and purchase the company presented itself. Albert was at the helm of the company until his retirement in 2005.
Albert married his wife and best friend Jane in 1960. Before his retirement Albert and Jane began travel of the US and Canada in their RV. When the time came to give up the RV life they settled in Bradenton Fl. Jane passed in 2015. Shortly afterwards, Albert moved to Jacksonville to be closer to family.
Albert passed away peacefully at home with three of his children by his side.
