Alberta Jean Schneider's Obituary
Alberta Jean Schneider, 95, of Sarasota, FL, passed away June 27, 2024. She was born on January 8, 1929, in Patterson, NJ, to Paul and Alberta Mial. Jean was preceded in death by her loving husband, George Lewis Schneider; beloved granddaughter, Annick-Laura Rellier; and precious great granddaughter, Alexis (Lexi) Grace Goupil. Survivors include her children, Bonnie (Sam) Thomas, William (Yolande) Schneider, Beth (Danny) Keever, Becky (Jean-Claude) Rellier, Daniel (Marijo) Schneider, and Laurie (Dale) Widrick; brother, William (Barbara) Mial; 19 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
Jean served along with George and all 6 children as missionaries in Martinique, F.W.I., Montreal, Quebec, Bonaire, Caribbean Netherlands, France, Haiti, and Florida. They served with Trans World Radio and Crossworld.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Sunnyside Village Chapel, Sarasota, FL, September 13, 2024 at 3:00pm. She will be privately placed with her husband, George, at Sarasota National Cemetery on a later date.
