Funeral services for Mrs. Rachels will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2018 @ 10:00 AM from the Glass Chapel of Skyway Memorial Funeral Home 5200 US Highway 19 N., Palmetto, Florida 34221. Interment will follow at Skyway Memorial Gardens.
