Carol A Dunn's Obituary
Carol A. Dunn, 79, passed peacefully on October 2, 2021 at Tidewell Hospice in Bradenton, FL.
She was born on January 12, 1942 and was raised in Belchertown, MA. She was a daughter of the late William W. Lequin and Anna (Smist) Lequin.
She married the love of her life, William (Bill) F. Dunn, on June 16th, 1964. They spent many fulfilling years of fun and travel together, including owning and operating Christmas Carol Tree Farm in Belchertown and going on countless camping and cruising adventures. They moved to Palmetto, FL in 2002 to enjoy their twilight years in the sunshine state. Since Bill’s passing in 2012, Carol spent much time connecting with friends and family, volunteering, singing, gardening, and worshiping.
Carol leaves behind a sister, Doris M. (Lequin) Goodrow and a brother, William W. Lequin, both of Belchertown, MA. She was predeceased by her sister Phyllis P. (Lequin) Grise (2012).
She is also missed dearly by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, including her longtime friend Lynn Andrews of Hadley, MA.
Carol will be laid to rest alongside Bill at the Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Agawam, MA.
A public remembrance service will be held at the cemetery on Wednesday, November 24th at 9am.
