Carolyn E. Pennington, 73, of Sarasota, FL, died September 21, 2024 at her residence.
Carolyn was born May 23, 1951 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of Henry George and Rosemary (Bove) Enders. She married Gurney Pennington and he preceded her in death.
Carolyn had worked as a scheduler for Sarasota Heart Institute serving for 20 plus years.
She enjoyed crochette, photography and enjoyed watching crime dramas and cooking shows on television.
Surviving are her son, Joseph Sondergeld of Sarasote, FL; siblings, Michelle Pondello of Parrish, FL, Jackie Amoroso of Bradenton, FL, Susan Dorrell of Aloway, NJ and granddaughter, Emily Sondergeld.
Cremation services will be provided by Skyway Memorial Gardens Funeral Home and Cremation Service. There will be no services per Carolyn's wishes.
