Charles Jesse West, Jr. 69, passed away on June 26, 2023 in Manatee Memorial hospital.
He was born December 9, 1953 in Bradenton, Florida. Charles was retired for Port Manatee.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Jesse West, Sr. And Rosalee (Chapman) West.
Sisters' Dolores “Jean” Rickman, Brenda Oxendine, Linda Dring, and brother Jimmy Bird.
He is survived by two nieces Lori (Keenan) Kintz and Danielle (Pete) Lindsay, two nephews, Roy Rickman, Jr. And Roger Oxendine, Jr. And brother-in-law Roger Oxendine, Sr.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Skyway Memorial Gardens Chapel, 5200 US Highway 19 North, Palmetto, FL 34221. Memorial Donations in Charlie’s memory can be made to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital 501 6th Avenue South St. Petersburg, FL 33701
