Christopher was the most amazing son. He was funny and kind, hardworking and talented, and we always thought alike. We said the same things at the same times and finished each other's sentences. He was on his way up to work that day, to his favorite post ever. He was so funny and clever as a child, said he was "blonde, James blonde," At 5, he told me Salvador Dali and Georgia O'Keeffe were his favorite artists. He learned Windows at 3 years old and PowerPoint at 9. Hard to believe he taught himself, but that's the kind of kid he was. He used to play the most soulful trumpet sitting on a wall on the edge of the Manatee River. I loved to listen to him play guitar. As a man he was protective and good-hearted, industrious and upright like my dad. He loved his sister and me like no one else. I will miss him forever.
