Dallas Marme's Obituary
Dallas E. Marme, (94), of Sun City Center, Florida, went to be with the Lord on January 17, 2023.
Dallas served in the Navy as a Photojournalist the Korean War. Upon discharge, he worked for Consumers Power Company in Flint, Michigan.
Dallas is survived by his wife Betty (high school sweetheart), of 75 years and his son Greg. He is also survived by his brother Douglas of State College, Pennsylvania, along with a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dallas was predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Jessie, and daughter Maryann.
Dallas was passionate about giving back. He worked on the Sun City Volunteer Rescue Squad for many years, was a life member of the Elks Club and the Girl Scouts.
Dallas positively impacted his community, and he will be truly missed.
He will be interred at United Methodist Church Memory Gardens in Sun City Center at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Sun City Rescue Squad. https://sccems.com/support-us/
