Earl E. Cowdrey, 79, of Palmetto, passed away after a brave, courageous fight with cancer. Born in Toledo, Ohio in July of 1943, he was one of seven children of the late Dudley and Beulah (Marsh) Cowdrey. After high school, Earl a
