Dear Ann and Vinny Manzella,
There are not enough word’s to express our Condolences and Thank You for all you did and are still doing for your dear friend Ed. You have an amazing family and Ed knew he and Flo were so lucky to have you all in their lives. ❤️
I thank God I met Ed in Bradenton. Aunt Flossie, Ed’s mom was living with him, we went to visit and Ed kept talking about this woman named Ann who was looking after his Mom and helping him with her meals. Ed told me Ann was from the same part of Brooklyn I was from, he told me her husband’s name was Vinny, I went crazy, how many Vinny & Annies are there.
Ed confirmed this was in fact the Annie and Vinny I knew. I was ecstatic, I reconnected with my childhood friend’s Ann & Vinny Manzella. Who knew, that my partners cousin Ed would be Best friend’s with Ann & Vinny. We met that same day and it was like time stood still, we picked up where we left off 50 years ago. Ed, I thank you for the wonderful gift of friendship. I only wish we all had more time to spend together.
Our families are saddened by your death, we do know you would want everyone to just go on with their lives. Ed, you were full of life, had your quirky little ways, but everyone who knew you loved you, and your family is no different, thank you again for reconnecting me with your best friend’s.
Rest In Peace Ed O’Neil. 🙏
Loretta and Frank Tokash, your cousin.
Ed rest in peace and thank you for being a good friend to my family
I’ll remember Ed as fleet of foot and always ready for a good time! Godspeed Ed.
