Eleanor F Lovell's Obituary
Eleanor (Freeman) Lovell, 90, a retired nurse died March 16, 2026 at Suncoast Hospice in Pinellas County, Florida. Born in Attleboro, MA, she grew up in Bourne, MA on Cape Cod and graduated from Bourne High School in 1954. She lived in England for a couple of years, before working as a nurse for St. Petersburg" All Children's Hospital" from 1970-1991. She lived in St. Petersburg, Fl and was actively involved in Lealman Community Association/ The Dream Team, where she made an impact in the lives of her community. She also was a member of the St. Petersburg Elks Lodge, where she loved to dance with her friends.
Ellie lived in St. Petersburg with her spouse John Lovell; who passed away 2014. Her preceding brothers and sisters were Warren Freeman, Dorothy Miller, Betty Jones. Ellie's living siblings are Lawrence Freeman and Judy Kaufman. "DD"aka Ellie; has many nieces, nephews and step grandchildren that she was close to and will miss her.
The funeral and internment will be held at St. Vincents Episcopal Church 4/18/2026 @ 11:00am, located at 5441- 9th Ave. N. Saint Petersburg, FL 33710. Following the services, a reception will be held in the church hall.
