Elmer Steven Westbrooks' Obituary
Elmer "Steven" Westbrooks was born in Meredith, NH, August 23, 1954 in Atlanta, GA, the son of Elmer Gene and Dorothy May (Smith) Westbrooks.
Steven had lived most of his life in Massachusetts and was raised by his his wonderful stepfather Wayne R. Taylor who preceded in death 3 years ago. He was further preceded in death by siblings, George E Westbrooks, and Michael J Westbrooks.
He is survived by siblings, Mary "MaryLou" Maldonado Rios, Deborah L Westbrooks, Bradford Taylor, Bruce Taylor, and Step Brother, Richard W Taylor. Other family members are Veronica Taylor, Alexjandro Salamanca and her children, Diogenes Maldonado Rios and her son.
Many additional loving nephews and nieces in Massachusetts, Felicia and her children, Bruce and his child, Michael, Christina, Joshua, TJ and his children, Matthew, Jennifer and Melissa. There will be no services.
