Gloria Ellis Marceleno-Castillo's Obituary
Gloria Ellis Marceleno-Castillo, 70 of Manatee County peacefully went to be with the Lord on June 14th, 2024 in Bradenton, Florida surrounded by loving family. Gloria was born in Bridgeport, Nebraska and moved to the Sunshine State in 1992 from Pharr, Texas. She was a devoted member of the Sac & Fox Nation Tribe, and was a faithful Catholic Woman. She spent most of her time enjoying a good book, listening to her favorite music, dancing, collecting fairy figurines, and making memories with her loving family. She leaves behind a large beloved family that will miss and cherish her joyous memory for years to come. Gloria is predeceased by her parents Juan Marceleno & Mildred G Marceleno, one Son; Christopher Castillo, two Brother’s; Theodore Marceleno, & Juan Marceleno Jr, and one Sister; Linda S Orona. She is survived by her beloved husband; Jesus Castillo II, two Son’s; Jesus Castillo III, & Adrian Castillo, and one Daughter; Victoria Castillo. She also survived by 12 Grandchildren, and 13 Great-Grandchildren. Her Grandchildren are Selena Castillo, Gloria Castillo, Jessica Mendez (Ramiro), Christian Villanueva, Andrew Castillo, Dora Castillo, Cruz Izaguirre, Benjamin Izaguirre, Izabell Izaguirre, Jazmine Castillo, Jesus Castillo IV, and Yolanda Castillo. Her beloved Great-Grandchildren are, Jason Charles Jr, Aaliyah Gutierrez, Mateo Gutierrez, Evelyn Gutierrez, Rafael Gutierrez, Juan Gutierrez, Ariana Mendez, Aubriella Mendez, Ramiro Mendez, Diego Aguilar-Ramirez, Educardo Izaguirre, Mia Izaguirre, and Kilo Castillo. Gloria’s memory will forever shine brightly in the hearts of her family. May the special woman that she was to each person that she knew, and the impact she made in their lives give comfort and strength during the journey ahead. A visitation followed by a funeral service will take place at Skyway Memorial Mausoleum Chapel on Saturday 6-29-24 from 11am-1pm located at 5200 US HWY 19, Palmetto, Florida 34221.
