James Pastor's Obituary
James Pastor, 88, passed away on January 5, 2023, in Bradenton Fl after a battle with Parkinson’s. Born in Bronx NY June 12, 1934, he is well remembered for his work ethic and ferocious love and commitment for his wife Margaret of 67 years. He is survived by his wife Margaret, children Cathy Johnson, James Pastor Jr, Laura Spooner and Trish Williams, 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. James and Margaret met while growing up in Bronx NY and were forever connected. He then moved his family to Center Reach Long Island and then to Bradenton FL to start his own business. He and Margaret spent 15 years in Orlando FL for work before retiring back in Bradenton. James was always known for his infectious smile, love for tennis and willingness to help anyone in need. He also served in the Navy during the Korean War. Services with be held at Sarasota National Military Cemetery on February 10th at 10 AM.
