Joanne Carol Sirag's Obituary
Joanne Carol Sirag, 88, of Bradenton, FL passed away November 29, 2024 at Braden River Rehabilitation Center, Bradenton, FL.
Joanne was born July 31, 1936 in Lowell, MA, the daughter of David Helmer and Clara (Hoff) Bergstrom. She married Mark Sirag on June 10, 1978 in Minneapolis, MN.
Joanne was a nurse anesthetist prior to following her and her husbands passion of serving as a Missionary with WEC International. She had served extensively throughout Africa, Liberia and Nigeria.
She was a member of the Indonesian Pentacostal Church. She held a love for music and enjoyed playing the organ and piano.
Surviving are her husband, Mark; children, Miriam Frazier (Larry) of Spokane, WA, Stephen Sirag (Becky) of Pensacola, FL; grandchildren, Anne-Marie Bleymaier (Jacob), Josiah Sirag, Rory Sirag; and great grandchildren, Melanie Bleymaier and Wesley Bleymaier.
Graveside Memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday December 3, 2024 at Skyway Memorial Gardens, Palmetto, FL.
