John Luther Horne Sr.'s Obituary
John L. Horne, Sr., 76, of Ellenton, Florida passed away December 27, 2015. John was born in Zephyrhills, FL to the late; John Cleveland Horne and Daisy Elizabeth Roberts Horne. John served our country in the United States Navy. He worked as a cement block driver until his retirement.
John is survived by his wife of nearly 57 years, Joan Kane Horne, of Ellenton, FL., son, John (Marybeth) Horne, Jr., of Bradenton, daughters; Patricia Woodie, of Charlottesville, VA, Lorraine Walter, of Ormond Beach, FL, sisters; Shirley, Dorothy, Elnita and Trudy, grandchildren; Kimberly, Kristen, Katie, Kelly, Kyle and Catherine and great grandchildren, Landon, Jordan, Hunter and Emma.
