Judith A Duzgun's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Judith Duzgun on February 11. Judith was from Stoneham, Massachusetts, and was currently residing in Longboat Key, Florida, with her husband of 29 years, Cemalalettin Duzgun. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones.
Judith had a zest for life and always lived it to the fullest. No matter the obstacle facing her, she always overcame it and came out stronger. She loved her family dearly, which included her many beloved pets throughout her life. Her compassion toward animals was reflected not only in her at-home rescues, but also in her volunteer work at Mote Marine Aquarium and Wildlife Inc. Education & Rehabilitation. Judith loved the beautiful Florida weather and enjoyed as much time as she could outdoors gardening and taking care of the many plants around the house. Judith also had a passion for traveling and exploring new places, always seeking a new adventure.
Judith is survived by her children, Holly Anderson, Kenneth Bowdidge, his wife Carol Bowdidge, Mark Bowdidge, his wife Val Bowdidge, Sid Bowdidge, and her predeceased daughter Lori Fabbri. She also leaves behind her siblings, Lorraine Hadley and Norm French, as well as her 14 grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
A Celebration of Life Service will be Thursday February 16 at 1pm at Skyway Memorial 5200 US Highway 19 Palmetto, FL 34221 with graveside service to follow. Online condolences can be left here.
