Margaret Ann Dietch's Obituary
Margaret "Maggie" Dietch, 62, went home to be with the lord Monday, June 22nd, 2020. She was born in Bradenton, FL February 9th, 1958, the daughter of Rosalee Harper & Cecil Callahan.
Margaret was extremely generous, caring, and was loved by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She will be remembered as the neighborhood mom, "Mrs. Maggie" the childrens church bus captain, a compassionate friend, and as a wonderful servant of the lord. Margaret was the proud mother of three children, grandmother of four, and sister to nine. A homemaker, Margaret enjoyed crafts, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren who fondly called her "Nanny".
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by sisters Laura (Alvord) Dills and Ruby (Alvord) Hendricks and brother, Lloyd Alvord. Surviving are her husband, Ralph Dietch, of Bradenton, FL; son, William Dietch and his partner Angela, of Land o Lakes; daughters, Christy Dietch, of Bradenton, Mary Dietch and her Fiance, Roger, of Bradenton; grandchildren, Sarah, Joey, Roger and Keegan; brother, Calvin Alvord; sisters, Shirley (Alvord) Hayes, Joanne Alvord, Bonnie Alvord, Jackie (Case) Moore, and Sherrie (Case) Aliotta; many nieces, nephews, cousins, special friend Dennis and along with many other treasured connections she's made in her life.
An open viewing will be held 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, June 26th, at Skyway Memorial Gardens Funeral Home 5200 US Highway 19 N Palmetto FL 34221. A memorial service will be at Samoset Church of God 3612 18th St E, Bradenton, FL 34208 Saturday, June 27th, at 10 am with a brief open viewing from 9 am to 10 am. A private burial will be held at Skyway Memorial Gardens. The family will have a Luncheon at Samoset Church of God.
