Martha Elizabeth Dewitte Hudak's Obituary
Martha Elizabeth DeWitte Hudak, 99, passed away on December 20, 2021. Martha Was born on April 22, 1922 in Meadowlands, PA to Edward and Mary DeWitte; Martha graduated from Trinity High School in Washington, PA. She enjoyed a long banking career with Mellon Bank in Washington. Martha married the love of her life Harry Hudak on January 31, 1941. Martha was very creative; she was resourceful and living through the depression made sure she was never wasteful. She enjoyed sewing, playing the organ, and dancing and even taught line dance classes at the mobile home park. Martha is preceded in death by her husband Harry Hudak and 8 siblings. Martha is survived by a sister Jean (Gnagey); children: Kenneth (Michele) Hudak, and Janis (Steve) Gibson; grandchildren: Scott (Lynn); Stacey (Jon), Michael (Robin), Lauren (Carl), Eric (Julie), Brad (Beth), Christopher (Stephanie), Gina (Arthur) and Tamara (Mark); great-grandchildren: Kayla, Tanner, Josh, Kayla, Alden, Alaura, Grayson, Skylar, Nathan, Drew, and Jackson; great great-granddaughters: Emma, Brenna, and Caelyn; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Southeastern Guide Dogs 4210 77th St. E. Palmetto, FL 34221 in her memory.
