Mildred Ellis Marceleno's Obituary
Mildred Ellis Marceleno, 79, of Bradenton, passed away April 21, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Juan Marceleno.
Born February 22, 1938, in Avery, Oklahoma, she was a daughter of the late Edgar and Myrtle Ellis. She was also preceded in death by 4 siblings, Virgil, Melvin, Joyce, and Gail; and 5 children, Mary Ann, Robert, Daniel, Theodore, and Juan Jr.
She was a Native American Indian with the Sac and Fox Nation of Oklahoma, and attended the Baptist Church in Shawnee.
Survivors include 3 sisters, Lela Lopez, Peggy Ellis and Gloria Jean Ellis; 3 brothers, Elvis, Jackson and Leroy Ellis; her 5 children, Gloria Castillo, Linda Orona, Tina (Rodolfo) Escobedo, Anna (Cesar) Guerrero, and Andrew (Maria) Marceleno, 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2-3pm in the mausoleum chapel at Skyway Memorial Gardens.
A funeral service will be conducted at 3pm following the service. Interment will take place in Skyway Memorial Gardens.
