Norman L. Hirshberg's Obituary
Norman Lee Hirshberg, 98, passed away March 24th. He is survived by his wife of 77 years, Vivian G. Hirshberg, sons Ronald Hirshberg and wife, Darlene, Gary Hirshberg and wife, Diana and a daughter, Darrell Ann Munro, 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, Russell Hirshberg and his wife, Audrey. Born in Vandergrift, Pa., Norman has been a permanent resident of Bradenton for more than 75 years. He owned a chain of retail clothing stores in Palmetto, Bradenton, Punta Gorda and Ft Myers, as well as recreational businesses Camp & Hike, Camper's Outpost and Hirsh Motor Homes in Bradenton. He was a WWII Veteran. Norman was a Jehovah's Witness and attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Bradenton. The family wishes to thank the staff and caregivers at the Heritage Park Rehabilitation and Care Facility for their excellent care and concern for their dad. He will be cremated and interred at Skyway Memorial Gardens in Palmetto, Florida and a Memorial Service will be held at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3915 26th Street West Bradenton on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 2 pm
