Ramon Figueroa Plaza's Obituary
Ramon Figueroa Plaza, 68, passed away March 12, 2015. He was born June 5, 1946 in Puerto Rico to the late Ceferino Figueroa and Joaquina Plaza.
Ramon was a handyman and moved to Pasco County in 2009 from Worcester, Massachusetts. He was a Pentecostal and enjoyed gardening, raising poultry and joking with his friends.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Michelle W. Figueroa of Kentucky; Maria Figueroa of Tampa; Maria M. Figueroa and her husband Juan of Port Richie, Florida; Xiomara Figueroa of Port Richie; and Shieka Figueroa of Pennsylvania; sons, Ramon Figueroa Jun and his wife Deb of New York; Luis Manuel Figueroa of Pennsylvania; Ramon Figueroa and his wife Cruz of Northport, Florida; and Jesse Domingo Figueroa of Pennsylvania; 24 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
There will be a visitation on Sunday, March 15, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and Monday, March 16th from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at Skyway Memorial Funeral Home, Glass Chapel, 5200 US Highway 19 N., Palmetto, Florida 34221. Funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM with interment to follow in Skyway Memorial Gardens.
