Richard Eugene Weber's Obituary
Richard Eugene Weber, 88, of Bradenton, FL (formerly Edina, MN) passed on November 16, 2024. Born on April 26, 1936, in Brooklyn, NY, to parents Louise and Walter Weber, Dick married his wife, Sandy, on October 1, 1960, and they shared 63 wonderful years together.
Dick was a charismatic, intelligent, fun, competitive, kind man, who rose through the ranks of Honeywell, Inc. to become their Corporate Vice President. After retiring at age 52, he continued to provide leadership through Honeywell’s Consultants Group, serving the non-profit community in a variety of roles including: Chairman of the 1985 British Festival; Director of Marketing and Finance for the 1991 International Special Olympics; Boy Scouts of America National Board; and MN Native American Indian Affairs Council.
Dick continued to be a leader at Westminster Shores, in Bradenton, where he created several favorite residential events including the annual Boat Regatta and the Nascar Model Car Race. Dick also had a wonderful voice and loved spending his Thursday evenings singing at cocktail hour. Dick had so many friends and relatives who will miss him. He is survived by his children Kim (Walt) Weyler; Kristine Ferry; and Eric (Liam) Weber; and by his seven grandchildren: Jessica, Kassi, Sarah, Ashley, Jack, Matt and Tim.

A Celebration of Life for Dick will be held at The Towers at Westminster Shores at 1700 3rd Ave in Bradenton, FL on 10:30 AM Saturday, December 7th.
