Rosemary Rawley's Obituary
Rosemary Rawley, 82, was called to heaven on August 15, 2014 and is now with her Lord and Savior. Rosemary was born on May 26, 1932 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She has lived in Bradenton since 1955 and was a member of Hope Lutheran Church. Her working career included F.W. Woolworth, Woolco and Walmart where she made many lifelong friends. Rosemary had many dear friends at Hope Lutheran Church, Cortez Villas and "Happy Trails" dog park where she spent countless enjoyable hours with her dog "Mickey". Her biggest love was family. Everyone was blessed with her love, patience and support. She was predeceased by her parents Norman and Julia Thompson, her husband John Rawley, Sr. and brothers Robert and Wesley Woodard. She is survived by her sister, Theresa Pack of Indianapolis; daughter Diana (Dennis) Hoover; sons John (Diane) Rawley and David Rawley; granddaughter Angela Rawley and grandsons David Hoover, Danny Hoover and Aaron (Amanda) Rawley; great granddaughters Sierra Rawley and Melia Butler; great grandsons Davin Hoover, James Rawley-McGrath, Blake and Dylan Rawley all of Bradenton. She also leaves behind nieces, nephews, and special friends all of whom she loved dearly. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Rosemary's name to Hope Lutheran Church, 4635 26th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34207. A brief graveside service will be held at Skyway Memorial Gardens on Thursday at 11 am and a Celebration of Life service, conducted by Pastor Craig Mathews will follow at 12 noon at Hope Lutheran Church 4625 26th St. W. Bradenton, Fl.
