Ruth M Tozer's Obituary
Ruth Morse Tozer passed away peacefully at Tidewell Hospice Home in Sarasota, Florida on December 28th, 2022. Ruth went to be with her Lord at the age of 81. She was born on November 21, 1941 in New Castle, Pennsylvania. She was predeceased by her late husband Richard Charles Tozer, her mother Ruth Morse, sisters Dorothy Ingram, Shirley Moore, Mary Frances and her brother Jack Morse.
Ruth is survived by her son Barry Tozer, her daughter Rhonda Berner, her five granddaughters Kristen, Jessica, Alicia, Demi, and Kendall, her one great granddaughter, Kora, and her brother Ronald Morse.
Ruth will lovingly be remembered for her kind heart, sense of humor, fantastic baking skills, and her passion for Boston Terrier bulldogs

There will be no services. In lieu of flowers, you may make donations to her two favorite charities, St. Jude’s Children Hospital or The Wounded Warriors.
