Thomas Bruce Moore's Obituary
Thomas Bruce Moore, 67, of Bradenton, Florida, departed this life, Wednesday, August 7, 2013. A graveside memorial service will be held at Skyway Memorial Gardens on Saturday, October 12, 2013, at 11:00 AM. Tom will receive full military honors conducted by a military Honor Guard. Tom was born in Bradenton on May 16,1946. He served in the U. S. Army from 1966-1968 and was employed as a security guard before his retirement. Tom enjoyed fishing as a hobby. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, James Edward Moore, Jr. and Pauline E. (Geiser) Moore, and a sister Martha (Moore) Wortham. Survivors include his sisters, Joanne E. Hall (Harvey) Phyllis J. Jolly (George) Jane Ellen Strickland (Tony) James E. Moore, III (Pat) Daniel E. Moore (Margaret) and six nieces, fifteen nephews and numerous grand nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. Arrangements are being handled by Page-Theus Funeral Home.
