Tommy L Smith Jr.'s Obituary
Tommy L. Smith Jr., 58, was born and raised in Bradenton FL. On February 14, 1960 and went home to be with his Lord and Savior on November 22, 2018.
Tommy was an amazing man with a beautiful smile and a loving heart. He always knew what to say to comfort the ones that he loved. He was a man with a beautiful soul, that would give the shirt off his own back to anyone in need.
Tommy coached his sons little league teams for many years, and it was one of the highlights of his life. He also enjoyed gardening and doing anything outdoors. He was very passionate about traveling and fishing, but he always found his travels leading him to the mountains. Tommy also worked for Allied Molded Products of Palmetto FL. For 27 years.
In December of 2012 Tommy married his wife Bonnie, and after their wedding they traveled everywhere trying to see all that God has made. In their marriage he set the example of what a husband should be, and he loved her to the ends of the earth, or as they would always say, to the moon and back.
Tommy is survived his loving wife Bonnie; His sons Christopher (Fiancé, Mari Delgado), Cody; Stepson Matthew Green (Wife, Rebecca) ; Granddaughter, Mallory; Grandson, Christian on the way; Mother, Laura Kelso; Step Dad Larry Kelso (Pops); Brother, Wayne; Sister, Yvonne; One nephew and two nieces.
The funeral service will be held 3:00 PM, Friday, November 30, 2018 from the Mausoleum Chapel at Skyway Memorial Gardens. Interment will follow at Skyway Memorial Gardens.
