Walter Matusik's Obituary
Walter Matusik, 71, Bradenton, FL passed away on March 5, 2014 at Blake Medical Center in Bradenton, FL. Mr. Matusik was born on April 21, 1942 in Wheeling, WV to his parents John and Frances Matusik. He was a retired Coal Miner in the Coal Industry and was of the Methodist faith. He moved to Bradenton in 1981 from Ohio. He is survived by his loving wife: Linda Matusik of Bradenton, FL; a son: Jack Matusik (Elaine) of Bradenton, FL; a daughter: Velvet Hamilton of Bradenton, FL; five brothers: Thomas Matusik (Lisa) of Bradenton, FL, Bernie Matusik (Bonnie) , Roger Matusik (Karen), Robert Matusik (Marie) and Daniel Matusik (Denise) all of Ohio and three grandchildren. Funeral Services will be on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Skyway Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, Palmetto, FL with Interment to follow at Skyway Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held prior to the service at the funeral home from 2:00 PM till the hour of service. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the donors favorite Hospice charity. Services entrusted to Skyway Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, Bradenton, FL.
