William 'Billy' Jann's Obituary
William "Billy" Jann, aged 80, passed away on December 16, 2024, in Bradenton, Florida. Born on January 16, 1944, Billy spent many of his years in the company of horses, raising, caring for, and training them, primarily around Spencerville, IN. His lifelong passion for horses was well known among his friends and family. After retirement, Billy and Merline spent most of their time horseback riding and trail riding.
Billy is survived by his spouse and soulmate, Merline Jann, to whom he was married for 23 years; children, Vicki Orrick, Brenda Lintz (Roger), Bryan Jann (Brenda), Jesse Jann (Amy), and Ron Murphy (Stacey); stepchildren, Ted Bowser Jr. (Angie), Terrilynn Welbaum (Randy), and Tonia Stibbe (Alex); siblings, Margarette Howard, Kenneth Howard, Joel Howard, Joseph Howard, Mary Louise Kujawa, Robert Beadle, and Billy Beadle. He also leaves behind a legacy through several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren (too numerous to list), all of whom brought immense joy and pride to his life.
