Arlene was dedicated to making us be the best we could be . The delivery may have been a little unconventional ( Doreen , you are NOT an Engineer!!!) but you knew it came from caring and for your development . She always appreciated my art on her whiteboard , and cooking was always common ground. Rest easy pisan . 💖
Arlene was always kind to me. during the Christmas season we would always exchange Christmas ornaments.
Arlene was not just a coworker but also a true friend who inspired us all to be better versions of ourselves. Her dedication, kindness, and willingness to help others will forever be remembered. She taught us the importance of teamwork and camaraderie, reminding us that we are stronger together. We will always cherish the moments we shared together at work. Arlene had an incredible ability to bring joy and laughter into our days, whether it was through their infectious smile or the way they could lighten any stressful situation with humor.
We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Arlene. Please accept our heartfelt condolences during this incredibly difficult time. I met Arlene many years ago when I was just starting out as a very young quality professional. She was my mentor and made me the person I am today, for that I thank you.
You could even say that becoming a quality professional or in other terms a gluten for punishment is all because of her. Thank you very much for everything you taught me.
Even though we have not spoken in many years time never passes that I don't think of her and smile. Things she would say like - Hit the floor running & Swimming with the alligators or let the flames begin and of course the broom days.
I apologize if it seems like I am rambling, I guess they may have been inside jokes.
The one that goes through my mind on a daily basis was Think smarter not harder.

Arlene, I kept you in my prayers, and wondered how you were doing after retiring from work. I hoped that your health and family were doing well. It is sad to think you left this world, but I am hoping that you found the peace and the love that only the Lord can give, and that you are resting in Heaven.
