Kellie Guarino
I met Doug when he first moved to Englewood. We were in many of the same classes, including Spanish class and band. I remember him to be smart, though I think he wanted to be known as more of a comedian. He presented this quiet demeanor while we were all laughing following his jokes. He was always kidding around with me and making me laugh. As kids, he could say some things to get me riled up (obviously his intention) yet his kindness was very much present. When I think of Doug, I think of a childhood and high school friend that created laughter, and left memories of me smiling and feeling happy. Rest in peace my friend.
