Elizabeth Helen Pugh, 86, of Tampa, Fl passed away January 25, 2025 at Tampa Gardens Senior Living, Tampa, FL.
Elizabeth was born February 24, 1938 in Philadelphia, PA, the daughter of Roland and Helen (Dingfelder) Casner. She married Frank Pugh and he preceded her in death.
Elizabeth was a waitress and had served a multitude of food service establishments to include, Temple University and Cooks Diner.
She had also worked for Walde Pool Supply and was a lunch lady at Jessie P Miller Elementary School.
Elizabeth enjoyed spending cherished time with her family. She also loved spending time in Las Vegas with her husband.
Surviving are her son, Mark Rutter (Maria) of Tampa; grandchildren, J. Matthew Rutter, Amanda Crowson (Bradley); great grandchildren, Finn Crowson and Kenzie Crowson.
Graveside funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Friday January 31, 2025 at Skyway Memorial Gardens.
