I am thankful for the loving and faithful wife that Ginny was to my good friend Mannie. Ginny was always an encourager for which I am thankful.
Ginny will always be remembered as a dear friend, colleague and blessing in my life.
I always admired her selfless acts of kindness to others, especially those who had nothing. She was living out Christ in her life.
She will be missed greatly!!

Ginny was a friend for all seasons. She rejoiced with me over happy times, encouraged me when I needed it, listened when I needed it, cared through hard times, prayed for me and my family and shared simple things like Bea’s chocolate chip cookies and coffee for breakfast. We watched sunsets on the beach, laughed over silly things and could talk about deep things. She loved deeply and was faithful, kind, honest, brave, helpful and humble. She loved Jesus and had strong faith yet continued to want to learn and grow more in her faith. She cared deeply about other people and wanted to share Jesus with them and see people come to Christ. We went to college together and took a trip to Israel together with some of my family and others. So many memories. She was such a close and precious friend. I will miss her until I see her again. Ginny and Mannie were “ two peas in a pod.” They were an amazing husband and wife and thinking of them together again makes me smile. They loved their family and friends so much. I love the Ortiz family and you are close to my heart. Well done Loreen and David. I can only imagine what Ginny is doing right now but she is well, healthy and happy. I can picture Jesus saying “ well done good and faithful servant.” I love you Sis. Soon and very soon.
Mom always knew that when I'm overwhelmed with emotion and words elude me, I write poetry.
My dearest mom....
When peace is intermingled with pain,
Our loss is intertwined with a sense of gain.
As her children, we realize she's reunited with her love,
Moms long endured separation has concluded up above.
Her deep love for Jesus instilled within us,
Will lead us back to her one day if in Him we trust.
In the presence of Jesus, His face shines upon her,
A sick body transformed, no longer as it were.
A lifetime of beautiful family memories we shared,
Her relentlessly giving heart, pressing for nothing to be spared.
Always investing in others, even while enduring her own pain,
Mom's wishes were never for self gain.
What is bound on earth is bound in heaven for eternity,
Our love for you forever lives in solidity.
May we see you in our dreams, as we always have with Dad at night,
Until that percious day, our Lord calls us to take flight.
